Still looking high - house prices in Cornwall

Latest house price data shows that in March, the average price of a house sold in Cornwall was £316,835, this compares to a figure of £303,321 across England.

Annual prices increases were: Cornwall = 5.5%, England 3.8%.

The house price index stood at 157.7, England 149.5.

A total of 475 properties were sold, of which 2 were new build.
