Cornwall planning – call for sites: landowner suggestions

Context
Cornwall Council has a process whereby landowners and others may “
suggest sites that might be available for development in the future. This is a normal part of plan making.”  This will feed into work on the next local plan.
Details of the process are set out and can be accessed through the following link:
 
Accessing the map
Go to the link below and a map will appear.
Name a location to narrow down the area of interest.
 
Go to toggle layers and click on site submissions. 
Areas where landowners have indicated a desire for development will then appear on the map. [As of 5/02/25].
 
 
 
By looking on the map residents can explore their local area to see which areas have been suggested.
